Yogesh Shah brings over 25+ years of ERP implementations and support experience across various domains such as Process Manufacturing, Discrete Manufacturing, US Government Contracting, Real Estate Industry. His ERP expertise includes Peoplesoft, Deltek Costpoint, MS Dynamics AX & NAV, Orion and Yardi. He is responsible for strategic development of the Company and oversees global operations.

Sameer Aiyer
Senior Technical Lead

Sameer brings over 9 years of experience in the Technical Operations across various Industries. He is responsible for all Custom Report Developments, Data Validations, System Automations and Process testing, along with Email Communications to be triggered from system to external world. He manages the team for Yardi technical Consultation to provide development support. He is an experienced Team Leader with a strategic analytical capability to deliver the best practices towards customers needs. He holds special capabilities to develop logical flowpath for out of the box solutions to embed with standard features of a Yardi & provide seamless automations that hugely relies on data accuracy and reducing good number of man hours.During his career span, he has successfully engaged in BI operations for clients across the globe.

Harshit Agrawal
Project Manager

Brings over 13+ years of experience in ERP Consulting across various industries including Real Estate and Manufacturing. He has extensive experience in Yardi Implementations, Data Transformation, Data Analytics and End User Training. He has worked for multiple regions serving Real Estate owners, operators, developers and has provided best practices of Real Estate Industry, assisting with application development and financial due diligence. He has successfully implemented Commercial, Retail, Unit Sales and Finance Modules of Yardi across UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and Egypt.

Jay Panicker
Regional Director

Jay Panicker brings over 22 years of experience in the Finance and Accounting operations across various Industries. He is responsible for all offshore operations for Custom Report Developments, Data Migrations, System Configuration and Trainings. He manages the team for Yardi Helpdesk to provide offshore L1 and L2 support. He is an experienced Service Delivery Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Pooja Shah is a Chartered Accountant with career of 16+ years that reflects pioneering experience in Consulting and managing large size Yardi ERP implementation projects covering multi-cultural environments across Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, USA, Europe and Dubai. She is well versed in multiple Yardi Modules – Leasing Manager, Commercial, International, Property Management, Fixed Assets and Inventory Control, Investment Management.
